In line with continued growth, we’re looking for an engaged Digital Marketing Executive (m/f/d) to join our Marketing Department. This full-time role is based in Munich or remotely from the UK.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our digital marketing strategies. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the ongoing success and growth of the ISE show.

• Update and maintain websites, ensuring content is current, accurate, and engaging in all aspects incl. UX
• Manage and analyze various KPI’s incl. SEO from data management and email platforms incl. segmentation
• Become a power user of our data and email delivery platform. Work with the content and digital marketing teams to build marketing emails that effectively communicate our message and drive engagement. Ensuring the look and feel of emails adhere to brand guidelines and are aesthetically pleasing
• Assist in delivery of automated marketing campaigns via email, social media, and other digital platforms
• Monitor and report performance of digital marketing activities, using data and analytics for precise targeting
• Support development and integration of AI tools into the digital marketing stack
• Collaborate with ext. vendors, content & marketing teams to develop innovative design and functionality across all digital properties
• Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and propose innovative ideas to improve campaign effectiveness

• Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the events or tech industry
• Analytical mindset with experience in using metrics to guide marketing strategies incl. concepts and best practices
• A solid understanding of data management for segmentation and analytical purposes
• Proficiency in content management systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms (HTML and CSS skills are a plus!)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
• Business fluent English, and other languages ​​(e.g., Dutch, Spanish, German) ​​are an advantage
• A valid work permit is required!
